DoIng

Au sein de ING Wholesale Banking France (ING WB), l’équipe de Sales Fixed Income couvre la clientèle institutionnelle française (Asset Managers, Assureurs et Banques ).

Vous intégrerez l’équipe de FM FI Sales (5 personnes) sur une gamme de produits FM distribuée depuis Paris : Money Market, Credit Bonds (Investment Grade, High Yields et Emerging Markets), Repo, Interest Rates Derivatives.

  • Vous serez en interaction directe avec les clients institutionnels français de la banque pour répondre à leurs demandes et besoins, entretenir et développer la relation commerciale.
  • Vous serez en charge d’un portefeuille de clients sur le marché monétaire afin de distribuer nos axes NeuCP, ECP, ECD et du BCP. Vous serez aussi en charge de manager l’activité sur le marché obligataire afin de distribuer nos émissions primaires, nos axes secondaires, les publications de notre recherche, les commentaires de marché.
  • Vous assurerez l’interface avec les équipes de middle-office et back office dans le suivi des opérations.
  • En collaboration avec l’équipe coverage FIG France, vous participerez à l’onboarding des nouveaux clients (gestion des KYC, discussions avec les équipes juridiques pour les négociations de contrats, etc ).
  • Vous devrez vous conformer aux réglementations bancaires et aux politiques internes d'IN G.

BeIng

Niveau de formation : Bac +5 (spécialisation finance).

Niveau d’expérience : Une première expérience sur les marchés financiers est appréciée pour ce poste .

Compétences métier :

-Avoir eu un premier contact avec les clients institutionnels français (asset managers, assurances et/ou banques).

-Connaitre et comprendre les produits financiers du fixed income.

-Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais (l’essentiel de la communication interne, que cela soit à l’écrit comme à l’oral, se fait en anglais).

  • Enthousiasme, énergie.
  • Rigueur, goût et sens du travail en équipe.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de travail sous forte pression est essentiel ; sens de l’organisation, gestion du temps, capacité d’adaptation et autonomie sont nécessaires aussi.
  • Très bonnes facultés de communication, à l’oral et à l’écrit (en anglais et en français).
  • Sens commercial, qualités relationnelles.

  • Expérience dans la présentation à des clients et dans la communication.
