The Peninsula Paris' restaurants bring a new dimension of dining to the City of Light. The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to lead and inspire a passionate team.

Is accountable for the efficient operations of the Food and Beverage department to ensure the provision of F&B quality, and service experience, innovating and demonstrating vision as required to position the hotel as an industry leader and achieve unique identities for each F&B outlet. Ensures the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times, providing friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service. Ensures productivity levels are achieved and prudently manages labour/payroll costs within budgetary requirements. Increases revenue and sales objectives by designing and implementing marketing and sales programs in consultation with Sales and PR personnel. Hires, develops, motivates, supervises, and coaches F&B department employees.General requirements
Minimum 4 years in a similar role within luxury hotels Is a natural organiser, highly detailed and able to engage with guests Strong people leader having prior experience managing diverse teams Fluent French and English language skills and presentation ability Creative, innovative with extensive food and beverage knowledge Good working knowledge of financial tools and processes (e.g. budgeting)We are delighted to receive your CV and will liaise with suitable candidates directly.
