Paris ou Genève En cours Formations BAC +4/5 (école d'ingénieur, école de commerce, université…). Langue Vous avez pour habitude de collaborer avec des équipes établies à l’étranger ; votre anglais est courant. Mobilité Déplacements à l’international à prendre en considération. Compétences De formation supérieure BAC +4/5 (école de commerce, ingénieur…), vous êtes toujours à l’affût des dernières tendances digitales et vous n’hésitez pas à vous rendre sur les points de vente pour les découvrir et les essayer, et vous disposez d’une expérience significative, de 5 à 10 ans, sur des missions similaires acquise au sein d’un cabinet de conseil ou d’une ESN. Vous êtes à l’aise avec les gens, rigoureux(se), autonome et pro-actif(ve). Vous parvenez à identifier et satisfaire les besoins clients avec des livrables de qualité et vous savez relayer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
Poste & responsabilités
En tant que consultant(e) senior orienté(e) Digital-In-Store, vous évoluerez en toute autonomie et en relation directe avec nos clients sur des projets d’évolutions fonctionnelles, des benchmarks sur les dernières innovations digitales ou encore du change management.
Vous aurez la responsabilité des actions suivantes :
Animation d’ateliers et recueil des besoins utilisateurs Rédaction des cahiers des charges et des spécifications fonctionnelles Création d’outils de formation aux utilisateurs Assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage et pilotage de projet (planning, budgets…) Coordination des équipes projet Choix et déploiement de solutions informatiques, accompagnement du changement Analyse, formalisation et refonte des processus métierEn mission chez nos clients, cela ne vous empêchera pas de vous investir en interne en portant les valeurs d’Adone et contribuer au développement du cabinet (favoriser les initiatives, les offres ..).

« En poste depuis 2 ans chez un acteur majeur de l’horlogerie et joaillerie, je suis en charge du déploiement d’une application de prise de rendez-vous et de gestion d’attente client en boutique. Je planifie et réalise les différentes actions nécessaires à son déploiement, de la configuration de l’application (en fonction de la boutique) à la formation des vendeurs et contacts Retail locaux (sur site ou à distance). A mon retour, j’établis un suivi de la fréquentation de ces boutiques en me basant sur les analytics de l’application. »
