About the Role
You will be instrumental in shaping the launch strategies for game titles across the Level Infinite portfolio. As part of the Global Publishing Team, you will team up with game development studios and regional publishing teams to deliver acquisition, engagement & retention strategies for several titles across Level Infinite global markets and platforms (PC, Consoles, Mobile).
Job Responsibilities
Audience strategy : Establish strong partnerships with game studio teams to translate the Brand and Publishing strategies into meaningful audience growth and engagement plans. Provide world class guidance on game launch campaigns, helping our studio and country marketing teams deliver success. Deliver marketing KPI’s on range of social and community platforms. Team up with Studio leads to amplify existing content to generate acquisition, engagement and / or retention based on needs. through testing phases - Alpha, Beta, EA, launch and beyond. Content strategy : Work with our game studios to identify, suggest and amplify relevant content to deliver growth and engagement objectives. Contribute to the influencer management strategy for each title, working alongside Studios, Global / Regional publishing, and Agency partners to design, implement and measure our programs. Manage outreach to and management of top tier influencers, building and managing relationships in conjunction with game studio teams and country marketing teams. Regional amplification : In close collaboration with regional publishing teams, lead the localization of our global content strategy, support local activations and report on results to inform global planning. Audience intelligence : Partner with the User Research, Data Intelligence and Regional Marketing teams to build relevant player insights, informing the global strategy and reflected in your marketing plans. Monitor opportunities based on locally relevant brands, holidays, festivals. Identify and pursue localized brand partnership opportunities for your titles. Monitor updates from competing games and provide new content suggestions accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and above. Excellent spoken and written English. 8 years+ of marketing management. Proven experience in building growth, engagement, and retention strategies, leading planning and managing marketing campaigns for a digital entertainment brand, ideally in the video game sector. Experience running branded campaigns on major content platforms, especially YouTube and TikTok. You will also oversee program deployment on platforms like Steam, Discord and Twitch. A real passion for the games industry with genuine interest and knowledge in games. You will be the voice of our game to the players, so some experience of speaking at public events is required along with the ability to empathise with the varied needs of different player types. Good understanding of content and market trends, you know the pop-culture/entertainment/internet to build relevant strategy. Able to communicate and work closely with cross-functional teams, adapt to different time zones, be able to respond to team requests in a timely manner. Organised and with very good project management skills. Able to prioritise effectively and be competent in handling multiple programmes across multiple markets. High levels of initiative, energy, ownership and urgency. Capability to travel to support our partners in North-America, Western Europe or Asia#LI-AW1
