We have also expanded and continue to expand our product catalog to include KeyCases, Bolt Action Pens, Knives, Rings, Watches and we have plenty more in the works

The Role
Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of inventory reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor inventory performance metrics and identify trends or discrepancies.
Data Validation:
- Validate inventory data and ensure consistency across multiple systems and databases.
- Collaborate with planning team to resolve data integrity issues.
Forecasting:
- Support the development of forecasting models to predict inventory needs based on historical data and market trends.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure timely and efficient production of new & existing (re-orders) products - passing off quantities on a sku level.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with supply chain, sales, and finance teams to gather relevant data for inventory planning.
- Participate in inventory meetings and contribute to discussions on inventory strategy and performance.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in inventory management.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory management, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems, preferred
- Familiarity with inventory optimization techniques.
