CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE :

Vous serez intégré à une équipe de 15 personnes sur le site de Meudon et vous travaillez directement avec le Directeur en charge des processus offres et projets, mais également avec les autres membres de l’équipe qui pilotent les évolutions des outils, la formation, et réalisent des missions de support pour les projets majeurs du Groupe Thales en France et à l’international.

En tant qu’alternant vous aurez pour principales missions de :

Formaliser des évolutions du processus de Management des offres et des projets, Participer au déploiement des pratiques (rédaction de guides, préparation de formations), Créer et exploiter des indicateurs de déploiement de ces pratiques.

Au fil du développement des compétences, vous pouvez prendre en charge certaines demandes d’évolution du processus émises par les utilisateurs, et présenter ces évolutions lors des Comités de décision multi-pays.
