What You'll Do:

- Engage with Norwegian companies to drive sales through effective digital marketing strategies.
- Optimize Google Ads campaigns to enhance visibility and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, ensuring they achieve their sales goals.

What We Offer:

- Competitive Salary: Starting from 25,500 EUR gross per year (approximately 2,125 EUR gross per month) with potential for up to 4,500 EUR annually in performance-based bonuses
- Relocation Support: We cover your flight ticket and provide 2 months of private accommodation to help you settle in comfortably.
- Referral Program: Earn up to 2,000 EUR for referring friends, depending on the language/project.

Requirements:

- Language Proficiency: Fluent Norwegian (C1/C2) and good English (B2).
- Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 1 year in sales, online advertising, or marketing.
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or residence permit for Spain is required.
- Relocation: This role requires relocation to Barcelona.

Start Date: Maximum starting date is 1 month from your application.
