The Job

As an important part of our team, you will be the voice of our platform, reaching out to potential customers and helping them find the right lighting solutions—all from your home office.

  • Proactive Client Outreach: Use emails and phone calls to introduce our platform to new customers and encourage them to visit our website and make purchases.
  • Website Navigation Expertise: Learn our website inside and out so you can assist clients and answer their questions.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Keep in touch with leads to make sure they’ve looked at our platform and help with any questions they might have.
  • Customer-Centric Interactions: Make every interaction count by providing a friendly and helpful experience that builds trust and encourages sales.
  • CRM Mastery: Record all activities and communications in our CRM (OnePageCRM) to keep track of each client’s journey.
  • Lead Generation During Downtime: Find new potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn to grow our lead database.
  • Conduct Client Calls: Set up calls to answer questions, guide clients through our website, and explain the benefits of our products.


The Profile

To do well in this role, you need to love sales, communicate well, and be proactive.

  • Proven Sales Experience: You have a strong background in sales, especially with cold leads, in competitive environments.
  • Good English Skills: You can communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and speaking.
  • CRM & Excel Skills: You know how to use OnePageCRM and Excel to manage client information and track your progress.
  • Independent and Organized: You can manage your time and tasks well while working from home without constant supervision.
  • LinkedIn Savvy: You know how to create and keep a professional LinkedIn profile for outreach.
  • Quick Learner: You can quickly learn new information and use it to help clients without repeating yourself.
