Description du poste
Au sein de la Direction Commerciale, à mi-chemin entre le commerce, le marketing et la finance, vous êtes en charge de la définition et la mise en œuvre de notre stratégie de prix pour l’ensemble de nos activités commerciales (BtoC, CtoC, web).
Pour cela, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Stratégie de tarification : Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de tarification globale alignée sur les objectifs commerciaux et le budget de l'entreprise. Analyser les tendances du marché, la concurrence et les données internes pour identifier les opportunités de tarification optimales.Optimisation des prix : Gérer et ajuster les prix des produits et services pour maximiser les revenus tout en maintenant la compétitivité sur le marché. Utiliser des techniques d'optimisation des prix telles que le pricing dynamique, la segmentation des clients et l'analyse des élasticités.
Collaboration inter-fonctionnelle : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, marketing, finance et produit pour comprendre les besoins du marché, aligner les stratégies de tarification avec les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de tarification efficaces.
Gestion des risques : Évaluer et atténuer les risques associés à la tarification, y compris les risques liés à la réputation, la rentabilité et la perception des clients.
Communication et présentation : Présenter régulièrement des analyses de tarification, des recommandations stratégiques et des rapports de performance aux parties prenantes internes, y compris la Direction Exécutive.
Projets :Participation active à la rédaction du cadre général des nouveaux contrats et potentiellement accompagnement de l’équipe Commerce dans ses né en application et suivi des revalorisations tarifaires annuelles. Management d’équipe : vous accompagnerez une équipe Pricing aujourd’hui constituée d’un analyste pricing.
Qualifications
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une formation supérieure de niveau Bac+5, spécialisée en commerce/marketing. Vous souhaitez mettre vos 5 années minimum d’expérience acquises sur un poste semblable, de préférence dans le secteur d’activité du transport ou de la logistique, au service d’une nouvelle aventure professionnelle.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos excellentes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse qui sont liées à une réelle envie d’influencer notre business.
Les outils de manipulation de la data, à commencer par Excel, n’ont pas de secret pour vous
Vous aimez collaborer avec les différents services, vous êtes curieux(se) et à l’écoute, et faites preuve d’un très bon sens relationnel.
Un bon niveau d’anglais est attendu (B2 minimum)
