En tant que Responsable de Bureau dEtudes Mécanique Nucléaire, vous serez un membre essentiel de notre équipe à Tours, et vos responsabilités principales seront les suivantes :
Gérer les compétences de votre périmètreet de vos collaborateurs : allocations des ressources, participation au recrutement des nouveaux collaborateurs, etc.
Définir les besoins en formation associés et la validation des contenus de formation pour votre périmètre.
Participer au Business Development à travers la formalisation des compétences et à lélaboration du plan de prospection.
Gérer les budgets (validation lensemble des frais, des achats et des imputations).
Gérer les sous-traitants et des partenaires.
Diplôme d'ingénieur avec au moins 4 ans dexpérience dans un Bureau dEtudes mécanique.
Une première expérience professionnelle à responsabilité dans le domaine du génie mécanique.
Une expertise dans le monde nucléaire ou énergie.
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.
Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
