Talent Manager France
Purpose: The Talent Manager will focus on the talent related HR processes, such as onboarding, performance management, learning and development and talent attraction and acquisition for both the front office and the back office teams.
This person is in charge of driving a talent culture in France, leveraging the global tools and acting in full alignment with the Center of Expertise guidelines. Important focus areas are employer branding and campus recruitment.
Furthermore, the Talent Manager provides customer service and coaching for HR related processes through inquiry management and resolution. Owns and delivers continuous improvement and vendor management and manages HR technology, reporting and analytics.
Position based in Paris (Porte dOrléans).
Key activities/responsibilities:
- Responsible for the topics related to talent management: onboarding, performance management, learning and development, talent attraction and acquisition
- Accountable for employee experience related to the above areas of competence, ensuring high quality and fast execution
- Lead the implementation of and execute the above HR processes and create an innovative employer branding strategy in alignment with CoE guidelines
- Responsible for campus recruitment, organize events for students and interns, active scouting at relevant job fairs and close collaboration with (business) schools and universities
- Answer to questions from employees and managers on the above topics accelerating the creation of a talent culture
- Generate operational reports and analyze data to identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Constantly interacts with CoE to be always updated and to transfer local/functional specific needs
- Provides insights to CoE and French leadership on local competitor activity & remuneration benchmarking
Requirements:
- Master degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in talent management or HR business partnering
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in (career) coaching
- Fluent in English and French
- Change agent and growth mindset, willing to go the extra mile
- Experience in an international corporate environment is preferable
