Are you a Naval Engineer with strong Analytical skills and experienced in EEXI calculations, IMS compliance, and Project management ?

emagine is looking for your skills to join a fast paced team to ensure technical analysis, compliance, calculations in the Shipping sector.

Responsabilités : Via des connaissances de l’univers de l’affrètement des navires, la prestation devra intégrer le fait de :

- échanger / communiquer, via les canaux adaptés, avec les tonnage providers du groupe afin de mettre en place des procédures, permettant

- d’obtenir des compte rendus fiables sur les émissions / mouvements des navires affrétés pour une période ou un voyage donné

- de comparer ces informations avec les informations disponibles au sein du groupe

- d’identifier des différences entre Armateur et Affréteur et la raison pour ces différences

- faire des propositions comment les informations concernant les émissions devraient être intégrés dans les systèmes existants du groupe, en faisant attention aux implications contractuelles de l’affrètement, et permettant

- un suivi / compréhension facile pour tous les intéressés internes 

- des extractions / présentations concises qui peuvent être facilement utilisée dans la communication avec les armateurs

-d’expertise technique relative à la calcul de l’EEXI, la gestion du projet, compliance d’IMS

Compétences techniques  :

- Solides connaissances en MS Office suite / Réglementation / Clauses CII & ETS des contrats d’affrètement, connaissances techniques du monde shipping

- Expérience significative dans les domaines du conseil / prestation de service dans le domaine du shipping

-Langues: Français, Anglais

Key Tasks

- exchange/communicate, via the appropriate channels, with the tonnage providers of the group in order to set up procedures, making it possible to

- - obtain reliable reports on the emissions/movements of chartered vessels for a given period or voyage

- Calculate and follow-up of CII

- compare this information with that available within the group

- identify differences between shipowners and charterers, and the reasons for these differences

- make proposals as to how emissions information should be integrated into existing group systems, paying attention to the contractual implications of chartering, and enabling

- easy monitoring / understanding for all internal stakeholders 

- concise extractions/presentations that can be easily used in communication with shipowners

-Technical analysis and calculations on chartered vessels, specifically the calculation of the CII

-Analyze and quantify the performance of vessels in the chartered fleet, in comparison with the current charter contract and the constraints imposed by IMO compliance

-Analyze the data collected and calculated, in collaboration with the group's technical services

Technical Skills  :

- Solid MS Office suite / Class rules / Clauses CII & ETS, shipping contracts good understanding of Shipping domain (technical)

- Strong experience providing support in the Shipping domaine

- You are rigorous, autonomous, concise, have excellent analytical skills and are curious - willingness to learn.
