International Sales Representative

Reporting to the Polish Team Leader whose mission is to support you in achieving your objectives, you will work within a dynamic, international team. Your role will involve developing a portfolio of SMEs (manufacturers, producers, distributors, etc.) from various sectors, with the goal of enhancing their international visibility.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining a sales strategy, scheduling appointments with company decision-makers, conducting virtual sales meetings, and closing deals.
- Converting leads from companies interested in being listed on marketplaces.
- Providing activity reports, suggesting improvements, and actively contributing to the company’s growth.
As part of the onboarding process, you will receive training in sales methods, products and solutions, and the range of digital tools available to sales professionals (CRM, automated follow-up software, lead simulation tool, etc.).
Qualifications
You have an experience in B2B solution sales and are fluent in Polish. Recognized for your ambition and performance-oriented mindset, you are a team player. Additional Information
Fixed salary: 32K + uncapped variable commission (32K at 100% target achievement). Monthly variable commission corresponds to 15% of signed revenue for the month, with a boost to 20% upon exceeding monthly targets. Additional performance bonuses. Commission payment from the first euro earned. Average salary of the international sales team: 60K in 2023.
