Notre client recherche un Key account manager GMS H/F dans le cadre d'un
remplacement. Les missions du Key account manager GMS H/F s'articule de la
manière suivante: * Assurer le pilotage et le développement des ventes dans
les grandes enseignes nationales (GSA, GSS) sur les circuits de
distribution et grossistes et en optimisant les accords et investissements
commerciaux. * Mettre en œuvre la politique commerciale auprès des clients
nationaux, en définissant notamment ; * Les axes de développements et les
priorités par clients * Les moyens adéquats pour développer l'activité chez
les clients et prospects * Les cibles commerciales pertinentes * Les
objectifs de développement du CA des clients. * Participe à la construction
de la politique tarifaire en fonction des analyses clients, marché et
concurrence. * Être le garant de la bonne application par les équipes de
vente de la politique commerciale. * Mener les négociations dans le cadre
des référencements et accompagne les managers commerciaux sur les
référencements régionaux. * Assurer la bonne communication des informations
nécessaires au paramétrage des conditions clients dans les systèmes
d'information. * Être responsable de la construction et de la mise en œuvre
de la politique après-vente. * Suivre les indicateurs de satisfaction
clients. * Superviser la gestion et le traitement des litiges clients et
assister la fonction financière dans le suivi et l'instruction des dossiers
de contentieux. * Proposer des axes de développement dans le cadre du plan
stratégique de l'entreprise * Assurer le relais d'informations auprès de la
fonction marketing
