Pourquoi nous recrutons ?
L’alternant/alternante interviendra au niveau de l’ensemble des contraintes d’investissement applicables aux portefeuilles, gérés directement ou dont la gestion est confiée à des tiers ou par des tiers. En qualité de Risk Manager spécialisé(e) dans le Risques d’Investissement, vous rejoindrez l'équipe de Management des Risques. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes Risques, le service juridique, ainsi que les équipes de Gestion et du Middle Office.

Vos missions
Paramétrer et maintenir l'ensemble des contraintes d'investissement auxquelles la société de Gestion est soumise dans l'outil cible (contraintes règlementaires, statutaires et internes)
Relecture des prospectus pour affectation des contraintes aux portefeuilles dans l’outil cible
Tester les contraintes dans l’outil
Rédiger l'expression de besoin et le cahier des charges pour les équipes IT en cas de contraintes non paramétrables à date
Participer aux réunions de création de fonds
Périmètre : Contraintes réglementaires, contraintes statutaires, contractuelles et internes
Analyser les dépassements pré-trade et alerter la gestion/la direction en cas de dépassement avéré.
Participer au suivi des enquêtes menées par les autorités de tutelle et administrations concernées.
Préparer les réponses aux questionnaires à l'occasion d’inspections /d’audits.
Participer à l'élaboration et à la consolidation des reportings internes (récurrents ou ponctuels).
