Le poste est à pouvoir pour notre division TORIT-DCE « Dépoussiérage industriel - Traitement des poussières et des fumées ». En tant que futur Area Sales Engineer, vous serez attaché au Sales Manager et au sein d’une équipe de 5 Area Sales Engineers. Ce poste est une excellente opportunité pour quelqu'un qui est motivé par la relève des défis et qui peut avoir un impact direct sur nos ventes futures.

Vous serez responsable des ventes de solutions de filtration sur le secteur Centre Sud Ouest de la France [Clermont Ferrant]. Technicien en solutions industrielles, votre tempérament commercial vous pousse à relever des chalenges de la vente. Vous entretiendrez des liens étroits avec diverses entités internes afin d’optimiser les meilleures solutions pour nos clients. Vous prendrez en charge une clientèle existante que vous fidéliserez sur le long terme et vous aurez comme objectif le développement de votre secteur et la création de nouveaux comptes client.

Les missions principales sont les suivantes:


1- Assurer une croissance des ventes constante et rentable, par le biais des activités de gestion, de promotion et de vente, dans le respect des politiques commerciales de la société en mettant l'accent sur la technologie Donaldson.


2- Relation client : Assurer la satisfaction des clients grâce à des contacts réguliers, en étant réactif, proactif et professionnel face à leurs problématiques. Assurer le suivi des devis afin de maintenir notre position de leader sur le marché.


3- Développement du marché : Étendre la présence de Donaldson sur le marché adressable grâce à la diversification du marché. Étudier et développer de nouveaux secteurs de marché où notre technologie Donaldson saura s'appliquer.


4- Analyse des ventes reporting des activités et opportunités dans le CRM pour permettre une planification, des rapports et des prévisions des ventes efficaces.


5- Application du produit : Sur la base d'une compréhension approfondie du processus client, sélectionnez la technologie appropriée et proposez la solution la plus adaptée.


6- Exécution du projet : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie du projet et les sous-traitants pour assurer la bonne exécution des projets - dans les délais et le budget impartis.


7- Reporting : Produire des rapports précis et dans les temps sur les activités, les informations sur le marché, les problèmes, etc. afin de garantir un flux d'informations adéquat.

FORMATION :

Formation technique de type Bac+2 minimum (génie mécanique, énergétique ou électromécanique)

Formation commerciale. (DIUT/BTS ou Master)

EXPÉRIENCE :

Expérience professionnelle de 5 à 10 ans dans la vente directe en secteur BtoB auprès d’une clientèle industrielle.

La maitrise de l'Anglais.

Vous êtes force de proposition et de persuasion, votre talent de commercial est reconnu.

Vous travaillerez en autonomie (home office) tout en profitant de la force d’une structure solide.
