Key Objectives


As part of the ongoing development within the Fleet & Asset Department, we are seeking an Administrator to join the team. The successful candidate will be based at our Goldthorpe office and will report into the UK Fleet Manager.
Main Activities (main day-to-day activities and the outputs of the role the individual is expected to deliver)
• Assisting the fleet team in maintaining compliance across a varied fleet of vehicles.
• Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain records, spreadsheets and databases.
• Managing the driver authorisation systems.
• Compiling monthly reports for managers and directors.
• Updating own fleet driver system to reduce non-conformities.
• Issuing drivers packs, fine notifications and ensuring RFL is valid
• Controlling vehicle movements across the business to ensure utilisation is maintained.
• Liaise with regional offices to ensure 6 weekly inspections are completed and uploaded.
• Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
• Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
