Leur équipe tech représente la moitié du staff total (100P). Ils cherchent à renforcer leur équipe Machine Learning avec le recrutement de plusieurs profils expérimenté.
Vos missionsAu sein de l’équipe projet dédiée à la compréhension de la recherche utilisateur via le Machine Learning, vous devrez concevoir, entraîner et délivrer des modèles dans les domaines suivants : identification d’entités nommées (entity linking) avec peu de contexte, prédiction de performance des requêtes, classification des requêtes en thématiques et intentions de recherche.
Vos missions :
- Développer des modèles de Machine Learning depuis leur phase de conception théorique jusqu'à leur déploiement en production et leur maintenance.
- Réaliser des preuves de concept, assimiler et mettre en pratique les découvertes issues de la recherche, conduire des expérimentations pour démontrer l'efficacité de vos approches, et communiquer clairement les résultats à des experts et des non-initiés.
- Assurer la livraison d'implémentations en production qui respectent les exigences en matière de vitesse, de qualité et de dimensionnement, spécifiques à un moteur de recherche Web polyvalent.
Compétences requises
Une expérience de cinq années dans le développement et le déploiement de modèles de Machine Learning spécifiquement dédiés au traitement du langage naturel, à l'approche de recherche d'information ou à la recommandation.
- Phd en Machine Learning, idéalement spécialisation NLP ou Information Retrieval
- Une compréhension des enjeux et des contraintes liés à la recherche d'information (search).
- Une expertise approfondie dans les principaux cadres de travail du Machine Learning, notamment torch et scikit-learn.
- Une connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matière de développement, y compris la gestion des versions, les tests, les revues de code, la CI/CD, etc.
