The Job

• Utilize technology platforms such as HubSpot, Slack, and Rose Rocket to streamline operations. 
• Manage documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards. 
• Coordinate freight scheduling and tracking, overseeing logistics from start to delivery. 
• Negotiate rates and terms with carriers, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance. 
• Serve as the main intermediary between shippers and carriers to optimize logistics solutions.

The Profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. 
• Expertise in logistics software, Google Suite, and CRM tools. 
• Minimum of 3 years experience in freight brokerage, knowledgeable about FTL and LTL shipments. 
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships. 
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
• Knowledge of freight broker regulations and laws. 
• Experience with cold storage or refrigerated logistics is beneficial.
