What you will do:
Reporting locally to the Market Head France & Head French Branchand Supervision and functionally to the Head of Investment Counsellors Europe International, you will be responsible for assisting the Investment Counsellors (ICs) in the positioning/delivery of investment solutions to clients and prospects of HSBC Private Bank Luxembourg.
In this role you will:
Support IC on all administrative tasks: ARPQ, K&E documents, CRM reports, SQS issues, updating spreadsheets, presentations, finding information on products and investment mandates. Prepare account reviews (using Aladdin tool for asset allocation, stress testing etc..) and help ICs prepare for client meetings (performance analysis, investment propositions) Gaining strong and thorough knowledge on asset allocation and portfolio optimization, on how to analyze portfolios and choose investment solutions appropriate for clients from our investment platform. Be an efficient back -up for ICs in their absence (example: client request for research, investment information and documentation) Pro-active review/investment proposal to Clients in close co-operation with the ICs Perform investment initiatives, including preparation of materials for product campaigns, equity list, switches, pitch book generation, portfolio optimizations, weekly IC /RM meetings. Follow up on recommendations (limit orders, entry points, executions) Advise on corporate actions with advice from ICs Liaise with product specialists for bond and equity lists, research and others. Execute market orders in Avaloq Keep up to date on the product offering (all asset classes) by attending EMEA Sales Meetings RequirementsYou should apply if you have:
Good understanding of the private wealth management industry, macroeconomics, financial markets and various traditional and non-traditional investment products. Excellent organization and communication skills Multitasking abilities Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, visual basic, PowerPoint Trading experience in executing clients' orders. Strong analytical skills. Team player, high achiever, quick to learn, positive attitude Keen sense of urgency, high level of professional and personal integrity High capacity to handle stress Masters’ degree in finance, economics or equivalent.
