We are looking for : Technical Marketing Coordinator M/F
Job description
Your main missions will be to :
- Manage and coordinate cross-disciplinary product development/innovation projects (R&D, regulatory, CSR, commercial, toxicology, intellectual property, etc.) ;
- Participate in the development of products in association with cross-countries teams (France, Korea, China, USA, etc.) ;
- Assist in the design of the strategic long-lens marketing plan based on and anticipating market trends and scientific advances ;
- Prepare marketing briefs for R&D as well as innovative sales pitches ;
- Design sales materials in the form of presentations, fact sheets, brochures, etc. and support external communication (digital, press, events) ;
- Train local and international sales teams ;
- Monitoring of the related scientific publications, market and competition.
Your profile
With a bachelor’s or master’s degree in skin biology, biology or pharmacy, you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years' proven experience in the development of actives, in a biology laboratory and/or in marketing.
You have a real cosmetic sensibility and a strong knowledge of this market ;
You have good project management skills ; strong communication skills and know how to highlight results, interpret them, and deliver messages to audiences from different backgrounds in an easy to understand and interesting manner;
You are curious, thrive in design thinking, have very good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit. You enjoy working in interdisciplinary and intercultural environments;
Expertise in ceramides a plus.
