Talent Development & Learning:

  • Design and implement cutting-edge HR development initiatives that drive our strategy and goals.

  • Develop innovative strategies to help employees excel in their careers.

  • Oversee Learning & Development programs aligned with our mission and objectives.

  • Manage the Learning & Development budget with a focus on efficiency and impact.

Organizational Design:

  • Manage workforce planning and align our structure with long-term strategies.

  • Conduct capability assessments and skills gap analyses to plan for future needs.

Learning & Development:

  • Identify future competencies and design development paths.
