To strengthen our team at the Steindorf site near Augsburg, we are looking for at the earliest possible date one:
IT system technician / MS administrator (m/f/d) Your tasks:- 1st and 2nd level technical support for our users
- Remote and on-site support for IT users with problems and questions about hardware, operating systems and standard software applications (e.g. MS Office, BIOS2000 ...)
- Administration of the MS network infrastructure, including IT security technologies (firewall, virus protection, data backup)
- Installation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure in the Microsoft environment (MS Server, virtualization)
- Administration of the mobile device management system
- Monitoring of problem escalation and compliance with the service level agreement
- Installation, configuration and administration of applications and clients
- Coordination of external service providers
- Maintenance and expansion of IT documentation
- Apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d), completed IT training or comparable certification
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support desirable
- Sound knowledge and experience in the area of current Microsoft cloud/server systems, Microsoft Office and modern network technology (virtualization, VPN, firewall, networks, services)
- Analytical thinking, high quality awareness and an independent and results-oriented way of working as a team player (m/f/d)
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
