JOB DESCRIPTION & MAIN TASKS
Directly reporting to the Group CMO , and in the context of a transformation and structuring of the communication & marketing function, we are creating a position for Digital Communication & Marketing Manager .
In a multicultural & technical B2B environment where simplifying messages and brand image are essential to developing our business and increasing our visibility; you will work closely with your manager to define and deploy communication strategies (corporate and product) as well as digital marketing strategies, including the management of the web platform and social media.
Position based in Villeurbanne, France.
Business travel: 10%.
As Digital Communication & Marketing Manager , your main responsibilities will be:
Defining the “communication and digital marketing” strategy:
- Gather strategic information related to the company from departments and define strategic directions in terms of brand, visibility, messaging, and value proposition
- Based on an analysis of the external environment, define and implement the multichannel marketing strategy through digital resources (web, social media, email campaigns...)
Deployment and coordination of actions:
- Supervise and coordinate the creation of materials for different targets (brochures, leaflets, kits, press releases, videos, etc.) in connection with product marketing and events
- Ensure the consistency of the company's image across all communication materials (editorial, web, intranet, events, media, social media)
- Manage suppliers and agencies (generalists or specialized in digital, communication, press)
- Manage the group’s social media accounts and animate their content
- Define and track KPIs (conversion rate, ROI) to measure the impact of actions and monitor budgets
Lead the website redesign project:
- Analyze the current platform, internal & external needs (clients, competitors, trends) regarding the company’s ambitions
- Define the project specifications and associated roadmap (budget, schedule, deliverables)
- Coordinate deployment with both internal & external resources
Direct management of one collaborator and multiple external agencies/contractors.
PROFILE
- Master degree (business school) in Communication or Marketing Digital
- Proven experience (10-15 years) at a similar position ideally in a technical BtoB environment
- Experience of a digital platform with the delivery of products and online sales would be a real plus.
- Knowledge of different aspects of communication (corporate, external, PR, digital etc.) and their constraints
- Proficiency in graphic design and editing software
- Ability to collaborate and federate cross-functionally with different stakeholders
- Leadership
- Very good English
