Le Project manager est responsable de la coordination et de la supervision des activités sur le chantier, tout en veillant au respect des normes de qualité, de sécurité, de coûts et de délais. Il assure la communication entre les différents intervenants (clients, équipes de chantier, fournisseurs, etc.) Coordonner les équipes de travail sur le chantier, y compris les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs, en veillant à maintenir un niveau élevé de productivité et de sécurité.
Superviser l'avancement des travaux en assurant le respect des normes de qualité et des réglementations en vigueur.
Assurer la gestion administrative du chantier, y compris la rédaction de rapports d'avancement, de rapports de suivi budgétaire, et de tout autre document nécessaire.
Communiquer de manière efficace avec les clients, les architectes, les ingénieurs et toutes les parties prenantes concernées, en répondant à leurs demandes et en fournissant des mises à jour régulières sur l'état d'avancement des travaux.
Assurer le respect des normes de sécurité sur le chantier en mettant en place des mesures préventives et en garantissant la conformité aux réglementations en matière de sécurité.
Diplôme d'études supérieures en architecture ou génie civil, en construction ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience professionnelle pertinente dans la gestion de projets de construction, de préférence dans le secteur du retail de luxe.
Solides compétences en gestion de projet, y compris la planification, l'organisation, et la coordination des ressources.
Excellentes compétences en communication pour assurer une collaboration efficace entre les différents acteurs du projet.
Bonne connaissance des normes de sécurité et de réglementation en vigueur dans le secteur du bâtiment et des travaux publics.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques et logiciels de gestion de projets (AutoCad, Pack Office…)
Maitrise de l’anglais et/ou italien obligatoire
