O. recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Hébergement en stage pour rejoindre son équipe Hébergement pendant 6 mois à partir du mois de mai.
En tant qu’Assistant Hébergement, vous assisterez la Responsable Hébergement dans la mise en œuvre du dispositif logistique en matière d’hébergement dans le cadre des épreuves sportives organisées par A.S.Participer à la négociation et à la réservation de chambres d’hôtels.
Assister l’équipe dans la gestion de la logistique d’hébergement :
Répartition du personnel de l’organisation ainsi que les sportifs dans les différents hôtels sélectionnés.
Vous êtes actuellement étudiant(e) en formation supérieure de niveau BAC+3/4 spécialisée en Tourisme et/ou Hôtellerie.
Vous utilisez avec aisance les logiciels informatiques (Word, Excel et PowerPoint).
Une bonne maitrise de l’anglais est indispensable.
Doté d’un bon sens relationnel, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et précision, votre capacité de rédaction et votre esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
Cette mission de stage est ouverte aux personnes en situation de handicap.
