Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cold Caller who is fluent in both French and English. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of making successful cold calls, generating leads, and setting up appointments with potential clients. As a Cold Caller at ProfiCircle, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth in the French-speaking markets by reaching out to potential buyers and sellers in the logistics and industrial equipment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers within the retail, e-commerce, 3PL, manufacturing sectors etc, responsible for warehouse fit-out projects. 
  • Conduct research to gather contact information and build a robust pipeline of leads.

Cold Calling:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introducing them to the ProfiCircle platform and services.
  • Engage in conversations to understand potential clients’ needs and qualify them as leads.
  • Overcome objections and build interest in ProfiCircle’s offerings.

Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule demo calls or meetings for senior sales representatives with qualified leads.
  • Ensure that all appointment details are accurately captured and communicated to the sales team.

Follow-Up:

  • Send follow-up emails or messages to prospects after initial calls to nurture the relationship.
  • Maintain consistent communication with potential clients to keep them engaged.

CRM Management:

  • Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate details of all interactions, lead status, and next steps.
  • Track and report on call activities, outcomes, and lead conversion rates.
Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role, preferably within the B2B sector.
  • Proven success in generating leads and setting appointments through cold calls.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management tools.
  • Proficiency in using email, calendars, and other digital communication tools.
