Au sein de la R&D de la division BDS (Big Data and Security) d'Atos, il est en charge du développement de serveurs. Ces matériels intègrent des CPU, GPU, APU des fabricants Intel, AMD, Nvidia.

Ces développement sont optimisés pour le marché du calcul scientifique au travers de cartes mères et accélératrices offrant notamment une connexion à un réseau d'interconnexion faible latence, Infiniband ou BXI, et la capacité d'un refroidissement liquide supportant des composants dissipant plus de 750W et offrant une efficacité énergétique à l'état de l'art du marché.

La phase de développement démarre à l'issue d'une étude de faisabilité menée par l'équipe architecture et s'achève à la fin de de la phase d'industrialisation et de mise en place des éléments nécessaires aux équipes d'avant-vente.

Le respect des exigences et des coûts et délai de développement sont les mesures majeures du succès d'un tel projet. Dans ce cadre, il est amené à travailler et à piloter les activités nombreuses équipes R&D réparties sur plusieurs sites, majoritairement en France :

• Architecture pour piloter les modifications d'exigences qui peuvent apparaître au cours du projet

• Développement matériel fournissant, les cartes mères, les coffrets mécaniques et systèmes de refroidissement

• Développement logiciel " bas niveau " fournissant le management & initialisation des plateformes, le BIOS et une librairie d'accès aux fonctions de pilotage du serveur

• Développement de la Documentation réalisant les manuels utilisateur, maintenance et installation

• Intégration, validation, et performances assurant les campagnes de tests permettant de garantir le respect des exigences

• Avec d'autres équipes en dehors de la R&D, notamment les organisations Business, les centres de compétences, le centre de fabrication et les équipes support

• Avec des fournisseurs externes ou des partenaires externes principalement aux USA, en chine et en Inde pour intégrer des éléments logiciels (BIOS, outils de management,...) ou matériels (CPU, ASIC, mémoire, cartes PCI,...) nécessaires au développement du projet mais aussi pour assurer la mise en fabrication de sous ensemble (cartes électroniques, pièces mécaniques) et encore pour réaliser la certification normative matérielle et logicielle.

Durant toute la durée du projet, le chef de projet est en charge de préparer et de faire valider les arbitrages inhérents à ce type de projet en s'appuyant sur un comité mensuel de pilotage du projet qui réunit toutes les organisations impliquées (organisation business, fabrication, support, R&D)

Les compétences et expériences recherchées sont :

• Une expérience de développement est nécessaire

• Une expérience dans le management d'équipe ou de projet est nécessaire

• Une maîtrise des processus de développement produit (cycle en V, certification, industrialisation)

• Une capacité à travailler en équipe et en réseau

• Un gout pour le travail en équipes multiculturelles

• Un bon niveau en anglais
