Vestas Construction Quality is an integral part of the Vestas Quality and Construction team and brings a business partner perspective. It is focused on avoiding recurrence and standardization for a sustainable business transformation. The department will combine technical knowledge with people, process, and organizational skills to deliver Quality and continuous business improvements. This department reports directly to Vestas Quality and functionally to Global Construction in a matrix organization.
Quality:
Engage with the Product and Module Lifecycle Quality Forum and with the Construction Quality team. Will cooperate to define and coordinate the Quality Assurance approach across Quality Construction Regions
Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of experience in the Business, Data, or Engineering field
Demonstrated Lean / Continuous improvement skills.
Fluent in English
SAP Knowledge
Customer Quality engagement & partnership management
Communicate as contact person to global Quality in Construction Function and other Heads of Quality Construction in the regions;
Leadership and commitment towards the regional construction teams
