HSE Manager – Le Havre, France Chemical Manufacturing

They are seeking an HSE Manager for their Seveso site near the Le Havre region.

The HSE Manager will define, manage and control the implementation of the SHE&S policy and action plan for the site and ensure compliance with the standards in relation to the corporate regulatory requirements in force.
As a member of the Management Committee, you will integrate the DOI (Director of Internal Operations) team and show ability to lead towards cultural improvement.

Control and guarantee of the conformity of equipment, working conditions, processes, installations and discharges, with regard to standards and regulations
- Supervision / establishment and follow-up of the document management of SHE&S procedures
- Supervision-waste management/Management of budgets related to waste collection, treatment and risk management SHE&S
- Planning, organization and control of the results of SHE&S training/awareness-raising actions for staff
- Preparation and exchange of information/technical advice at CSSCT meetings and inspections and CSE meetings on SSCT topics.
- SHE&S regulatory monitoring / SHE&S document management control
- Management, monitoring and control of resources/means/equipment and their use, in his/her field of activity
