MISSION :
Inventorier les entreprises potentielles et analyser leurs capacités
Constituer les appels d'offres / Clarifier commercialement et contractuellement
Préparer les tableaux de comparaison des offres
Négocier les marchés et/ou commandes
Gérer les fiches suiveuses accompagnant les recommandations, contrats et/ou commandes et avenants
Administrer les marchés après passation de contrat(s) et/ou commande(s) : notifications, variations, facturation, etc…
En particulier s’assurer que la mobilisation des entreprises est parfaitement en phase avec les séquences d’opérations / planning du projet.
Gérer les contentieux / réclamations des entreprises
Assurer un retour d'expérience
Emettre des statistiques coûts initiaux / finaux
Evaluer la performance des sous-traitants
Clôturer les marchés et/ou commandes

PROFIL :
Au moins 10 ans d’expérience en tant qu’ingénieur sous-contrats ou poste similaire
Connaissance des contrats d’affrêtement de bateaux de supports aux opérations Offshore/Subsea (Construction vessels / Heavy Lift Vessels / PSV / Crewboats / Module Carrier etc…)
Maitrise parfaite de l’anglais obligatoire
Maîtrise des activités subsea pour passation des contrats/commandes
Expérience dans le secteur des grands projets pour le « oil&Gas » pour le compte d’un opérateur (Total, BP, ENI etc…) ou d’un EPC contractor
Maîtrise du know-how de processus d’appel d’offres, répondre aux questions des entreprises, analyser les offres, mener des réunions de clarifications avec les entreprises, préparer une recommandation finale
Connaissance des logiciels standard bureautique
Autonomie / Curiosité / pro-activité
