Your mission in the team:
You will lead the Finance team of Allianz Direct x luko, reporting to Fanny, the CEO ofAllianz Direct France, ensuring the company maintains a clear path to success:
- Lead and manage the Corporate Finance, Tax, and Accounting team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvements
- Analyze and explain performance metrics to ensure they align with forecasts, and actively engage in strategic decision-making processes.
- Position your team as a business partner to all other departments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive business goals.
- Maintain tax and accounting compliance at the local level, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and standards.
Must-haves:
Role based in Paris- Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial controlling, investment, or actuarial roles, preferably within an operational setting, plus previous management experience of a finance team
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- You have fluency in English, with German language skills as a valuable addition.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at simplifying complex financial concepts for non-expert audiences.
- Highly proactive and self-driven, with a strong business acumen and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated team-oriented mindset with a commitment to cooperation and collective success.
- Inherent curiosity and a continuous desire to learn, coupled with the readiness to embrace and drive change for ongoing improvement.
Nice to have:
- Advanced accounting and audit skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial scenarios and ensure meticulous compliance.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools to enhance financial reporting and insights.

reinvent insurance to make it finally customer-centric like we believe it was meant to be.
for: subscription in 2 minutes, a simple offer, customisable coverages, no hidden fees, policies without any engagement, termination in 3 clicks. In 6 years, we have convinced over 400,000 users to trust us. We rapidly became the online home insurance market, putting technology at the service of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency: by 2022, 25% of home insurance policies sold online in France were Luko policies; and nearly one in two new Luko customers took out a policy on the
recommendation of friends and family. In February 2024, Luko joins Allianz Direct, the digital pan-European subsidiary of the
Allianz Group, with the aim of becoming the market leader in direct home insurance in
France. This makes Luko emerging the strongest neo-insurer.
