Depuis 2006, le groupe Orlade (PMO x Op2) accompagne ses clients partout dans le monde dans la réalisation et la transformation de leurs projets et programmes industriels.

Nous Rejoindre, C'est :
Intégrer un groupe international (Allemagne, Australie, Canada, …) en pleine expansion, composé de collaborateurs - 250 à ce jour – qui apprécient par-dessus tout transformer les pages blanches en projets hors normes ;
Avoir la certitude de travailler pour les plus grands donneurs d'ordre industriels, dans les secteurs qui construisent le monde de demain : agroalimentaire, automobile, aéronautique, construction, ferroviaire, énergie, santé, télécommunications… ;
Participer à des missions de grande envergure, à impact mondial, qui contribuent à notre futur.
Vos missions :
Votre rôle consiste à mettre en œuvre les outils et process destinés à rendre le projet performant :
• Participer à la création et à la mise à jour de plannings au sein d'équipes pluridisciplinaires ;
• Piloter les coûts et les délais ;
• Assurer l'adéquation entre charges et capacité des ressources ;
• Assurer la cohérence des informations et le reporting ;
• Animer les réunions d'avancement.

Profil recherché :
Diplômé.e d'un BAC+5 de formation ingénieure ou équivalent, une spécialisation en management de projet serait un plus.
Vous possédez idéalement une première expérience significative dans un environnement industriel (ferroviaire, défense, aéronautique, énergie…).
Planning et délais ne sont plus un secret pour vous, votre aisance vous permet d'animer les réunions d'avancement avec succès et les KPIs sont vos meilleurs repères.
Votre niveau d’anglais vous permet de travailler dans un contexte anglophone.
