Our client is completing a successful Separation Program (carve out scenario), which includes for HR the management of exit TSA's (Transition Service Agreement).
Minimum 7 years project management experience
HR expertise, specifically Payroll and Time Management integration
Excellent English and French language skills
Conduct a comprehensive mapping of the existing local Time Management systems, including physical time clocks and contracts.
Develop and oversee System Integration tests, and coordinate with local contacts to ensure a smooth interface with our future Payroll system.
Actively participate in the exit TSA project with Alight/Strada to ensure alignment of actions and timelines.
