Le groupe SAUR (2 Mds€ CA) a entamé il y a 4 ans une transformation digitale. Cette transformation s’accompagne d’un changement de modèle opérationnel (offshoring) et d’une accélération de la transformation des SI (self-service, planification automatique, data plateforme, architecture évènementielle, AI, etc.).

Au sein de la DSI SAUR France et dans le cadre d’une importante transformation digitale, le Groupe SAUR recherche son Architecte d’Entreprise. Ce poste vous offre l’opportunité de rejoindre une DSI de taille moyenne au sein d’un groupe international en profonde transformation. Il vous permettra d’intégrer une équipe dynamique en construction. Le rôle possède également une large couverture qui vous permettre de vous impliquer et d’avoir un impact sur de multiples sujets.

Vous prendrez le pilotage de l’équipe des Architectes Saur France, avec pour missions principales :

  1. Définition et pilotage de la stratégie d’architecture avec toutes ses composantes (gouvernance, business capabilities, portefeuille de services, IT landscape, stack technique, stratégie d’hébergement, etc.).
  2. Suivi des tendances & disruptions marché, coaching des différents intervenants de la DSI (autres architectes, PO/PM, business stakeholders) et recommandations techniques.
  3. Pilotage d’une équipe d’architectes complète, depuis l’architecture d’entreprise jusqu’à l’architecture technique (7 FTE). Contribution active au succès des différents projets. Interactions fortes avec l’équipe Infrastructure.
  4. Pilotage de l’architecture technique. Prise en charge de certains Enablers techniques & contributions à d’autres, établis pour projets/produits en Trains SAFE et hors Trains (e.g. Alfresco, Captcha, RabbitMQ, Mulesoft API-M, Dataplatform, ELK-Grafana, Databricks, AKS).
  5. Construction des scenarios techniques et applicatifs en adoptant des principes modernes d’architecture (orientée évènements, containerisée, résiliente, simple).
  6. Conseil et support auprès des différentes directions sur certaines problématiques transverses comme la LPM (Loi de Programmation Militaire) / NIS2 ou support d’expertise.
  7. Pilotage de la partie IT des réponses aux appels d’offres et de la personne en charge du sujet (1 FTE).

Les domaines fonctionnels sont :

  1. Clientèle (CRM, centres d’appel, mise à disposition de reportings et KPI, …)
  2. Exploitation des installations industrielles (pilotage temps réel, gestion des mesures, planification, maintenance, mobilité, …)
  3. Corporate : RH, Comptabilité, Paye, …

Environnement technique : Containerisation K8S et ACA, API Mulesoft, Rabbit MQ, Salesforce (CRM, FSL, CPQ), GMAO Carl Source, Microsoft (O365, AzureDevops, PowerBI, Dynamics, …), Docker, NoSQL Timeseries, ELK, Databricks, Grafana… Outil de cartographie : ARIS.

L’environnement organisationnel : Agile & Waterfall au niveau équipes, outsourcing au Maroc, à Maurice et en Inde.

Skills required :

  1. Connaissance global d’une architecture hybride Cloud public/Cloud privé et des écosystèmes associés : SaaS, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, big data.
  2. Alignement d’une stratégie IT avec une stratégie métier, notamment en construisant des roadmaps et en identifiant des services mutualisables.
  3. Gouvernance et animation des comités d’architecture.
  4. Pilotage de large projets IT et implication de l’architecture dans le cycle de vie produit.
  5. Sens de l’ownership, pragmatique & personne orientée solution, proactivité
  6. Leadership, travail en équipe, échange avec des acteurs clés de tout niveau, facilitation & négotiation.
  7. Anglais courant
  8. Certification TOGAF9 ou SAFe for Architect appréciée

Experience required :

  1. Au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans des rôles d’architecte ou tech lead.
  2. Expérience à la fois dans l’intégration de solution COTS et développement de bout en bout.
  3. Expérience de Management d’équipe techniques
  4. Une expérience « hands on » récente sur un domaine technique sera appréciée (développeur FullStack, développeurAPIs, tests de performance sur architectures complexes, intégration de progiciels, ops sur Docker Swarm ou K8S, administration d’architectures de cybersécurité …)
  5. La connaissance d’un milieu industriel, idéalement utilities et/ou OIV serait un plus.
