Enable is the leading SaaS rebate management platform that fosters trusted relationships between B2B trading partners by automatically detecting and reporting on due rebates. Customers configure their deals, and Enable ingests and processes all their sales transactions, helping them uncover rebates they might otherwise miss. This involves processing enormous amounts of data in very short time frames, performing billions of calculations per customer, and storing it all in enterprise-scale databases. We provide reporting, deal editing, and collaboration capabilities, and new solutions daily to overcome significant challenges where there are no standard techniques for addressing them; As the Lead Data Scientist , you will play a crucial role in shaping the development of cutting-edge machine learning and AI-driven products at a leading SaaS tech company. This applied AI role focuses on driving innovation by strategically developing and integrating novel AI solutions across both our products and business operations. With machine learning unlocking advanced insights and solutions, and the rapid evolution of large language models (LLMs) transforming how we approach industry challenges, we are looking for a forward-thinking Lead Data Scientist to join our newly established ML and Data Science team. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that push the boundaries of AI in the optimization of rebate management. Explore vast, untapped data assets and provide strategic recommendations on AI initiatives to senior leadership.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop a roadmap for the delivery of AI and machine learning tools.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to build a cutting-edge data platform that unlocks the full potential of the company's data.
Serve as a thought leader in AI and data science, driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends to enhance existing products.
Minimum 8 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
Proficiency in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, SciPy, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and/or R programming language, along with SQL.
Deep knowledge of traditional and modern AI/ML algorithms and data modelling strategies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Publications in machine learning and artificial intelligence conferences and journals.
Experience in supply chain management, distribution systems, rebate management, retail or related industries.

To determine an Enablee's starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Salary/OTE is just one component of Enable's total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as the option to purchase company shares, as appropriately approved by the Company's Board of Directors in accordance with Enable's Equity Purchase Plan.
