Your tasks- With experience, creativity and teamwork, you will find the way to a customized IT solution, plunge into distributed systems and move confidently in Spring/Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, REST, Maven and Git in the Java and JavaEE environment
- You already have a solid routine in Java software engineering and therefore contribute skillfully to the entire software development process From analysis and technical conception to the design of distributed and modern IT architectures in the Java environment to implementation, testing, documentation and the realization of regulatory requirements, you are fully involved.
- To comply with guidelines and increase software quality, you create automated tests with JUnit and monitor the results in SonarQube and Checkmarx, take over code reviews and share knowledge with your colleagues.
- You map communication processes in our databases, are fit in SQL and Git and not only keep an overview in the team, but also have fun and curiosity.
- It is also important to us that you can easily switch between productive teamwork and a proactive, independent way of working, communicate with colleagues on an equal footing (and usually in German) and find the most efficient way to implement - always with the wishes of our internal and external customers in mind.
- Degree with a focus on computer science, business informatics or equivalent training / qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software engineering with Java (software development, software design, IT architecture, testing, documentation)
- Experienced in working with Java, JEE, Spring / Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, Maven and Git as well as IntelliJ
- Fit in dealing with Linux and Windows operating systems, especially in the area of DevOps (Docker / Kubernetes, OpenShift, Elastic Search, Ansible, Microsoft Azure) and basic administrator knowledge for e.g. JBoss and Docker
- Enjoy agile software development according to Scrum / Kanban and working independently as well as in a team
- Creativity, logical-structured thinking, customer-oriented action and technical curiosity
- Strong communication skills with the ability to get others excited about topics
- Very good German and English
