Work context

Position and activities

The technical-economic auditor performs a detailed analysis of the quality of design, construction, operation and maintenance of solar projects, as well as their financial viability by reviewing business plan assumptions, capital (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) costs, production forecasts and cash flows. He or she also reviews reserve funds and performance guarantees to ensure that projects are financially viable in the long term and reviews contract documents to assess project risks.

In addition, you should also be able to carry out bankability studies to assess the financial feasibility of PV projects regarding key-components (modules, inverters) or technologies (agrivoltaics, floating PV, storage, smart grid) and advise clients on market projection. You will work closely with project developers, investment funds and banks to ensure project quality and our customers’ satisfaction.

Candidate skills

We are looking for a candidate with the following technical skills:

  • Very good oral and written skills in French and English, fluency in a third language
  • Understanding of marketing concepts and market research
  • Competence in statistical and data analysis
  • Ability to work in a team, to collaborate with other professionals and to manage group projects
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently
  • an aptitude for commercial relations
