About the Role
We are seeking to engage a Business Intelligence Analyst as an independent contractor until May 2025 initially.
You will have a strong ability to build and maintain a close relationship with one of our strategically important customers, oversee the implementation of technical roadmaps, and guide the client through the development of robust business intelligence capabilities. You will also support various internal and external stakeholders while prioritizing TTG objectives and proactively solving problems.
The most important duties of the role are:
- Technical Roadmap Implementation: Support implementation of the technical roadmap for business intelligence initiatives, guide the client through the process of developing and enhancing their business intelligence capabilities.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a strong, trust-based relationship with the client., act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate business intelligence solutions, prioritize TTG objectives while addressing client’s requirements, facilitate communication and coordination among different teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Proactively develop and implement strategies to address and resolve customer problems, continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proven experience in business intelligence and data analysis.
- Strong technical skills in BI tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy, SQL, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of rail industry is a plus.
