Notre client, un cabinet de conseil en management et stratégie opérationnelle créé par des associés seniors issus des grands cabinets de conseil, se distingue par sa mission : aider ses clients à développer leurs avantages concurrentiels, de la définition de leurs orientations stratégiques à leur mise en œuvre. L'activité IT Strategy, Technologies & Data du cabinet adresse l'ensemble des problématiques des Directions des Systèmes d'Information.

Nous recherchons un Consultant Senior - H/F intéressé pour rejoindre un projet en pleine création, sur les métiers suivants :

Stratégie IT

  • Aligner la stratégie SI sur la stratégie d'entreprise (schémas directeurs SI/Métiers) et l'orienter pour créer de la valeur.
  • Définir l'architecture d'entreprise, l'architecture IT et des stratégies ciblées (Go to Cloud, Stratégie et roadmap Data/IA, APIisation).
  • Accompagner la DSI dans sa démarche RSE : Green IT.

Transformation de la DSI

  • Aligner le positionnement et l'offre de la DSI sur les enjeux business.
  • Accompagner la transformation vers un modèle « Business Centric », une organisation en mode Produits.
  • Améliorer la performance opérationnelle (Quality Management, Performance Management), mettre en œuvre les méthodes et frameworks et outils efficients : pratiques agiles, BizDevOps, DevSecOps, Sécurité & Résilience by design, design thinking, outils collaboratifs.
  • Améliorer la performance financière de la DSI (Sourcing & Supplier Management, Contract Management, Software Asset Management, FinOps).
  • Repenser l'organisation IT au service de l'innovation.

Gouvernance et compliance en matière de cybersécurité

  • Structurer et améliorer la gouvernance de la cybersécurité.
  • Piloter les projets de mise en conformité (DORA, NIS2).

Pilotage des programmes de transformation IT

  • Réussir l'exécution des transformations SI pour concrétiser le B-case.
  • Piloter les projets et programmes sur leur volet IT (Choix de solution, Gouvernance, Structuration et accompagnement des programmes SI, organisationnels, etc.).

Descriptif du poste

Vous participerez au développement des compétences et des offres du cabinet sur les sujets de préoccupation clé de la fonction IT, de la stratégie à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle, au sein de verticaux métiers (Banque, Assurance et Protection Sociale) ou de manière transverse. Vous interviendrez sur des projets à caractère stratégique, organisationnel et technologique : alignement métier/IT, schéma directeur IT, pilotage de grands programmes de transformation, organisation de la fonction IT, évolutions IT dans un monde hybride en forte évolution. Les projets sur lesquels vous serez amené à évoluer vous permettront de bénéficier de tout le savoir-faire et des compétences du cabinet. Les missions se dérouleront majoritairement dans les locaux de nos clients et pourront nécessiter des déplacements tant en France qu'à l'étranger.

Profil recherché

  • Diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieur généraliste, parcours universitaire de haut niveau ou formation technologique pointue sur des domaines spécifiques (Data, IA, Cyber, etc.).
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans, idéalement dans un cabinet de conseil réputé.
  • Expertise dans un ou plusieurs des domaines IT couverts par le cabinet.
  • Intègre, rigoureux(se), dynamique, vous disposez dune bonne capacité d'organisation et d'adaptation ainsi que dun fort esprit d'équipe.
  • Vous êtes autonome, avec une forte capacité de travail et des qualités de dialogue et dintelligence relationnelle.
  • Flexibilité, créativité et sens de l'initiative seront également des atouts clés pour réussir.
  • Pratique de l'anglais indispensable.
