Purpose of this Role

Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day supply chain business results of MG are achieved.

Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the role

Your main responsibility will be on the following missions:

• Manage vehicle delivery planning
• Monitor and manage the tracking of vehicle on site
• Ensure end to end of the whole life cycle (After production to delivery)
• Coordinate and follow up damages units on site with involved parties
• Handle fleet operations
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of all documentation related to new vehicle orders
• Ensure proper administrative handling of all outbound vehicle orders
• Generate and provide requested reports on port and logistics activities
• Coordinate vehicle delivery activities with relevant suppliers: car terminal, customs agent, transportation company etc…
• Ensure all inventory is accounted for at any moment in time, including the establishment and implement of strong control mechanisms
• Maintain smooth communication with internal and external parties
• Arrange payments and process claims following internal procedures

Experience & Educational background & Expertise

• Education background in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience with logistics/supply chain processes (junior profile accepted)
• Perfect command both oral and written in French and English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse parties, team esprit
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Driving License
