L’imagerie moléculaire est une technologie de diagnostic capable d’identifier une maladie à ses premiers stades et de déterminer l’emplacement exact d’une tumeur, souvent avant l’apparition des symptômes ou des anomalies peuvent être détectées avec d’autres tests diagnostiques.Travailler pour AdAcAp vous donnera l’opportunité de faire évoluer votre savoir-faire et de poursuivre une carrière scientifique dans une société de haute technologie en forte croissance.Venez rejoindre une équipe engagée de 15 à 20 personnes, au sein d’un environnement motivant et formateur.À propos du rôleL'objectif du poste de responsable qualité du site de Saint-Genis-Pouilly en France est de diriger la fonction qualité du site afin de garantir que tous les aspects de l'activité opérationnelle sont conformes aux cGMP, aux exigences légales et réglementaires et à la politique qualité AdAcAp / Novartis.Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes, (liste non exhaustive) :- Assurer le leadership stratégique et technique du site afin de garantir la conformité du système qualité local aux BPF et autres standards applicables, aux exigences légales et aux directives de l'entreprise.- Manager l'équipe Assurance Qualité et Contrôle Qualité du site (3 pharmaciens adjoints)- Réaliser la libération anticipée et certifications finales des lots de médicaments radiopharmaceutiques stériles injectables à destination des clients (hôpitaux, cliniques et centres de médecine nucléaire).- Gérer et superviser la gestion des déviations, OOS, OOT, CAPAs, réclamations et changements sur le site.- Garantir la mise en place et le respect du processus d'escalation interne des incidents qualité.- Gérer la préparation, le déroulement et le suivi des inspections des Autorités de Santé et des sous-traitants ainsi que les audits internes.- Garantir la formation GMP du personnel et le respect du plan annuel de formation.- Garantir la réalisation de l'APR selon le calendrier défini.- Définir, approuver et garantir l'application de toutes les procédures du système qualité du site.- Garantir la mise en oeuvre, le maintien et l'amélioration continue du système Qualité du site.- Surveiller l'exécution des programmes de qualification, de maintenance, d'étalonnage et de revalidation au niveau local.- Participer aux démarches d'harmonisation et promouvoir la collaboration au sein du site et entre les sites Adacap France.Engagement en faveur de la diversité & InclusionNous sommes engagé à créer un environnement de travail exceptionnel et inclusif, ainsi qu'une équipe diversifiée, représentative des patients et des communautés que nous servons.Exigences du rôle- Goût du terrain- Connaissance des systèmes qualité et de la réglementation applicable aux médicaments stériles (GMP et ISO)- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles (gestion du temps, gestion des risques), y compris le souci du détail- Leadership et prise de décision- Flexibilité, agilité, anticipation- Appétence pour le travail collaboratif et multitâches- Fiable, présent et capable de transmettre l'énergie nécessaire pour poursuivre un processus d'amélioration continue et consolider le système qualité du siteExigences minimales :- Pharmacien inscriptible à l'ordre section B (obligatoire)- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en Assurance Qualité et/ou Contrôle Qualité- Anglais oral et écritDivisionOncology Unité d’affairesADVANCED ACCELERATOR APPLICATIONS Lieu de travailSaint Genis Pouilly Société/Entité légaleAAA Mol.
