Doté d’une forte culture technologique et produit elle recherche à agrandir et structurer ses équipes techniques avec le recrutement d’un profil Senior Engineering Manager.
Qui aura pour responsabilité d’encadrer, de manager l'équipe Engineering & Développement et piloter des profils PO.
Et vous aurez également pour but de mettre en place avec votre équipes, des solutions de développement innovantes grâce à une architecture de qualité.
Missions :
- Manager, encadrer et accompagner une équipe de développeurs sur le partage de bonne pratique et leur montée en compétence (10 à 15 personnes)
- Vous serez aussi en charge d’encadrer une équipe de Product Owner
- Vous évoluerez dans un contexte de transformation et d'évolution technique de la plateforme
- Vous travaillerez sur la conception, l’architecture et la définition des choix technologies pour le produit.
- Garant de la stratégie technique
- Vous travaillerez sur le développement de votre équipe et de votre périmètre technologique.
- Assurer la stratégie de développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités clés et solutions techniques pour le produit en lien avec vos équipes (Node.js / C# .NET…)
- Travailler sur des problématiques d’architecture, de scalabilité dans un environnement multi-cloud (Azure & AWS)
- Mettre en place et être garant de bonnes pratiques de développement avec une forte approche DevOps
Le profil :
- Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur / background développeur
- Vous avez une solide expérience dans la management de profils techniques
- Vous avez déjà évolué dans des environnements techniques complexes
- Vous avez déjà travaillé avec des technologies comme Node.js / Javascript / C# .NET...
- Vous avec une appétence pour la culture DevOps et vous avez déjà évolué dans des environnements Cloud (Azure / GCP / AWS…)
- Vous êtes curieux, avez un bon sens du relationnel et êtes rigoureux dans vos approches.
