Join our team of 500+ talented people from 35+ countries worldwide.Your missionStrong from a first experience in the Power and Gas industry (trading, optimization or else recommended), you will be working alongside a team to build new data and software solutions for the power and gas trading market and energy transition in general. Designing solutions to improve the day to day tasks and life of the traders and analysts and other personae so as to help them make decisions faster while having a positive impact on the sustainability of the market.This is a unique opportunity to solve the problems you have been facing as a power trader/analyst for years and help the market transition to greener solutions by having a better understanding of the data at hand.Your responsibilities will include:End-to-end responsibility for key features of the productCraft a multi-sprint/quarterly vision for featuresUnderstand technical systems and their implicationsShip small-sized projects with measurable successManage collaboration with other teams and detect early collisionsUnderstand and respect cultural and diverse valuesContribute to the company beyond immediate responsibilitiesStay current with industry trends and incorporate them into product features Preferred experienceYou have at least 2-3 years experience as an analyst in a power or gas company (mandatory).You have a self-starter with entrepreneurial spiritYou have the ability to solve complex problems and multitaskingYou have experience in building analytical models for the power markets (e.g. supply and demand, pricing, risk management etc…)You have an excellent analytical ability, at ease with working with databases, ability to highlight trends and use complex data to support decisionsBeing proficient in Excel and VBA; SQL, python, statistical modelling, other programming would be an advantageYou are a true and kind team player, quick learner, and able to work with short deadlines across different tasksYou are a great communicator and team playerYou are native or bilingual in English (mandatoryWe're a dynamic company dedicated to nurturing connections and innovating solutions that tackle market challenges head-on.
