Then join us nowYou will work autonomously and collaborate closely within Trade Support Team in Paris, London and New York, as well as with the global Trade & Position Life Cycle Team. This role will be based in Paris.What you will do Ensure Middle Office activities as well as Oversight Control of outsourced activities on multiple instruments (ranging from listed instruments to Over-The-Counter derivatives)You will be the main point of contact for the Trade Support topics internally and will manage the internal and external requests from Key stakeholders (Investment Teams, Traders, external providers) on a timely mannerManage and challenge middle office service provider where neededQueries handling from internal and external clients across Europe and AsiaBe particularly analyst and rigorous while performing tasks and meeting deadlinesIdentify any structural issue, work on root cause detection and solution implementationAbility to take the lead on various topics / in meetingsWrite and/or update operational proceduresCross training with other team membersParticipate closely to various projects and especially initiatives related to Trade Support (Global, Regional & Local projects) as Subject Matter Expert and make sure proper processes are defined for the teamProvide clear input & be vocal in meetings impacting the Middle Office subjectsBring improvement to current processes such as automation ideas or process efficiency improvementsThink out of the box & propose pragmatic solutions in case of blocking points with a can-do attitudeBuild credible, trusted relationships with our key internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organizations (Investment, Distribution, Service Provider, Projects team, other Operations teams …)Work in a collaborative way with internal departments while pursuing client satisfactionManage and/or escalate conflicts, issues with respective stakeholdersProvide regular progress updates on issues, projects and initiatives to the team and managerKeep track on all status of topics currently being worked on, while meeting deadlines initially setWhat you bring At least 3 years’ experience in the Middle Office area, with exposure to various financial instruments (Equity, Fixed Income, FX, Listed and OTC derivatives, …)Very good knowledge of at least one asset class, knowledge of other instrument types, collateral management or regulatory requirements are a plusUnderstanding of full trade life cycle including awareness of middle and back-office functions/processes and their touch points with the front office and downstreamStrong experience in an international environmentExperience as Subject Matter Expert in projects / initiatives is a plusExperience in the Asset Management industryExperience in an Outsourced Middle Office model is a real plusExcellent analytical & problem-solving skills as well as client & delivery focused.Excellent communication & influencing skills as well as ability to negotiate & resolve conflictsAbility to work independently, provide regular feedback and escalate at the right timeAbility to work in a highly organized and structured mannerDrive for constant improvement, questioning and challenging status quoEnthusiastic, self-motivated, and Flexible to changeStrong team player in a Global and Regional environmentLanguages: Proficient in English and French; verbal and written communication capability in German is a plus Digitalization experience & automation skills (VBA or RPA) is a real plusGood Knowledge of Bloomberg, and especially Bloomberg AIM is a plus What we offer  “New Normal”, it’s not news to us: As a global company, we’ve known the hybrid model before it was ‘in’.
