Simaero is a global provider of flight simulator training for airlines, training organizations, and commercial pilots. The group operates a network of 30 flight simulators across France, South Africa, and China, delivering services to more than 220 civil and military clients from over 80 countries.
Based in Paris, France, Simaero's Approved Training Organization (ATO) for pilots is certified by EASA and approved by over 50 other civil aviation authorities, including South Africa, Saudi Arabia, India, Malaysia, Nepal, Brazil, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, and the UAE, among others.
Our full-flight simulators and training solutions cover a wide range of aircraft types, including Airbus and Boeing.
Your Role
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the objectives of approved training operations are met through operational excellence. Your duties include:
- Preparing ATO audits
- Liaising with the sales department to enhance the training portfolio
- Monitoring and delivering end-to-end training activities to achieve high satisfaction levels
- Managing ATO training service satisfaction KPIs
- Developing engagement and retention programs for the instructor community
- Contributing to the design of TRM (Threat and Error Management) courses
- Participating in simulator flight training sessions
- Leading transformation projects for the ATO (e.g., IT initiatives)
Your Profile
- Former airline pilot with an instructor qualification, open to new digital projects, familiar with project management, and skilled in facilitating and business development to help market Simaero's offerings.
- Significant advantage: knowledge and experience in aviation training services.
- Instructor training is mandatory.
- Results-driven, business-oriented, with an ambitious mindset.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent representation, communication, and organizational skills, alongside strong IT (MS Office, CRM), project management, and aeronautical regulation expertise.
- Ability to build client relationships and propose new training offerings.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Basé à Paris, en France, l'organisme de formation agréé de Simaero pour les pilotes est certifié par l'AESA et approuvé par plus de 50 autres autorités de l'aviation civile, notamment l'Afrique du Sud, l'Arabie saoudite, l'Inde, la Malaisie, le Népal, le Brésil, le Sénégal, la Côte d'Ivoire et les Émirats arabes unis, entre autres.
Les simulateurs de vol complets et les solutions de formation couvrent une gamme complète de types d'avions, notamment Airbus et Boeing.
Ce que vous ferez :
- La principale responsabilité est de s'assurer que les objectifs des opérations de formation approuvées sont atteints par l'excellence des opérations. Les responsabilités comprennent :
- Préparer les audits ATO
- Liaison avec le service commercial pour dynamiser l'offre de formation
- Suivre et déployer des activités de formation de bout en bout pour atteindre un haut niveau de satisfaction
- Responsable des KPI de satisfaction du service ATO de formation.
- Mettre en place des programmes d'animation et de fidélisation de la communauté des instructeurs.
- Participer à la conception des cours TRM
- Participation aux formations sur les simulateurs de vol
- Management de projets de transformation de l'ATO (IT)
Ce que vous apportez :
- Ancien.nea pilote de ligne ayant sa qualification d'instructeur, ouvert aux nouveaux projets digitaux, familié.e avec la gestion de projet, facilitateur et doté d'un sens du développement commercial pour aider à commercialiser les offres SIMAERO.
- Un avantage important est la connaissance et l'expérience des services de formation aéronautique.
- Formation d'instructeur requise.
- Orienté.e vers les résultats et les affaires et un état d'esprit ambitieux
- La maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de représentation, de communication, d'organisation et des outils informatiques (MS Office, CRM), gestion de projet, connaissances en réglementation aéronautique.
- Capacité à établir des relations avec les clients et à proposer de nouvelles offres de formation
- Bonnes compétences en matière de négociation et de résolution de problèmes.
