ICT Technician

Created in 2014, Excelya is a people-centered Contract Research Organization (CRO) that excels with care. To support the growth of the company, we create a position of IT Technician for the European Support, mainly in France. You will report to the IT manager.

Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization ;
Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems ;
Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues ;
Ensuring the security of client computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and security software ;
Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and IT devices ;
Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation.

Software required :
Office 365 ;
Microsoft Windows 11 ;
French mandatory, technical English expected and German can be an option ;
