Responsibilities:
- Review ingredients, labels, and safety documentation to ensure they meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and legal teams to discuss product formulations and safety compliance.
- Support product registrations and regulatory approvals by preparing necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with R&D to review any updates on formulas or ingredients that need regulatory attention.
- Research regulatory changes and new guidelines in the cosmetics industry to stay ahead of compliance requirements.
- Prepare regulatory reports and submissions to ensure products meet market requirements for approval.
- Assist with client communication to update on product compliance status and regulatory progress.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, tools, and documents used for compliance tracking and product registrations in France, Europe, and globally.
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong interest in cosmetics and regulatory affairs.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop expertise.
