À travers la Fondation CMA CGM, le Groupe agit également face à des crises humanitaires nécessitant une réponse d’urgence en mobilisant l’expertise maritime et logistique du Groupe pour acheminer partout dans le monde du matériel humanitaire.Présent dans 160 pays via son réseau de plus de 400 bureaux et 750 entrepôts, le Groupe emploie 155 000 personnes dans le monde, dont 4 000 à Marseille où est situé son siège social.MISSION : Sous la direction du responsable du réseau et de l'adoption du commerce électronique, votre travail quotidien consistera à diriger les équipes des bureaux régionaux du commerce électronique, en stimulant les performances sur les principaux objectifs, en favorisant le déploiement et l'adoption des produits de commerce électronique.RESPONSABILITES :Contrôler et piloter les performances des bureaux régionaux eCommerce (4 régions, 25 personnes) sur les objectifs eCommerce.Assurer le suivi, le contrôle et le reporting des activités des équipes des bureaux régionaux eCommerceCoordonner les actions de suivi avec les responsables du déploiement des principaux produits eCommerceAnimation des comités existants avec les équipes localesAssurer l'impact de l'eRO à travers le réseau et maintenir une relation étroite avec la direction du réseau.PROFIL ET COMPETENCES :Anglais et français courantsExpérience en managementSolides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles Compétences en reporting (QlickSense, Saleforce CRM, Tableau CRM)Esprit de développement commercialRigoureux, méthodique, organiséAutonomie et proactivité vous permettront de mener à bien les missions de ce poste.Grande capacité d'adaptation à un public très varié incluant VP / GMPassionné(e) par les produits numériques.Grand intérêt pour la mise en œuvre de solutions numériques permettant aux entreprises de gagner en efficacité et d'offrir une expérience client idéale.Lancez-vous dans l’aventure CMA CGM
