Our Paris office is located in a vibrant startup accelerator, surrounded by other innovative tech companies. This is a unique opportunity to own and scale the marketing and communication efforts of a fast-growing startup, directly supporting sales and product strategy.

Your Role:

As Marketing & Communication Manager (m/f/d), you’ll take over Thermosphr’s product marketing and communication strategy. Your work will strengthen our visibility, engage key stakeholders, and amplify our impact in both PropTech and ClimateTech ecosystems.

What You’ll Do:

Content & Storytelling:

  • Plan, craft, and publish engaging LinkedIn posts for the company.
  • Ghostwrite and manage communication strategies for the co-founders, sales team, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling blog articles, white papers, and press releases that position Thermosphr as an industry leader.

Media Relations:

  • Build relationships with journalists and secure media coverage.
  • Draft press releases and build press content strategy.
  • Coordinate press interviews, draft key points and ensure thorough preparation of anyone involved.

Sales & Investor Enablement:

  • Design polished and efficient sales and marketing presentations.
  • Build and maintain investor decks that communicate our vision and progress.

Event Management:

  • Organize and execute events like panel discussions, trade shows, and industry conferences.
  • Handle everything from guest lists to designing invitations, email campaigns, and marketing print collaterals (flyers, posters, display banners).

Website Management:

  • Oversee website content updates and SEO strategy to drive visibility.
  • Project manage a complete website redesign to enhance user experience and align with our brand.

Design & Creative:

  • Create graphic assets for marketing campaigns using Canva, Figma, or other tools.
  • Source, brief, and manage external creative talent (photographers, design freelancers, Fiverr experts) for specialized needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Google Slides and PowerPoint for creating visually compelling presentations.
  • Deep familiarity with Canva and Figma for graphic design.
  • Experience with tools like Notion and Google Drive for organization and collaboration.
  • Strong project management skills with a data-driven mindset to measure the ROI of your initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in both English and French (German proficiency is a plus).
  • Passion for or knowledge of climate change, real estate, PropTech, Smart Buildings.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in sourcing and collaborating with external creative professionals.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).

  • Creative thinker and doer, with a hands-on approach and a startup mindset.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Orientation: This position focuses on product marketing and communication—not performance marketing. Your work will be pivotal in driving awareness and creating assets to support sales and investor relations.
  • Location: Based in Paris, within a vibrant startup accelerator buzzing with energy and innovation, unlimited remote days.
  • Reporting: You’ll report directly to the CEO, with high visibility into the company’s growth trajectory.
